This notice describes the current Food Crave app and its support website. The website Analytics section also covers the Kimberlee Creative Tech company website; it does not enable Analytics in the Food Crave iOS app.

Optional company website Analytics

Updated October 31, 2026. Kimberlee Creative Tech LLC uses Google Analytics 4 on kimberleecreativetech.com only after you choose Accept analytics. It helps us measure website visits, page use, and referral sources. Google processes browser/device information, network information including your IP address, and cookie identifiers to provide Analytics. GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses. Review Google's Privacy Policy and Google Analytics data practices.

Our tag sends page addresses without query strings or fragments and only the referring site's origin. We do not send local game profiles, token balances, gameplay saves, Food Crave account details, recipe prompts, or feedback text to Analytics. Automatic enhanced measurement, Google Signals and advertising personalization are not enabled for this website integration. The embedded game and wheel do not create extra Analytics pageviews; standalone game pages are measured after consent. The full-page game at dragon.kimberleecreativetech.com is a separate web address, so it asks for and stores its own Analytics choice.

Use Analytics choices on any public website page to accept, reject, or withdraw consent. Rejecting does not prevent website or game use. Before acceptance, our Analytics integration sends no Analytics requests to Google. Your choice is saved in localStorage for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days without renewal on every visit; browser controls may shorten this. Withdrawing consent disables tracking and clears this site's standard Analytics cookies without reloading or interrupting your game. It does not delete game saves or erase previously collected reports. Google Analytics event/user-level retention is configured separately; contact us for applicable privacy requests.

Website advertising remains disabled in this release. Existing AdSense consent messages are configured for a later advertising rollout; this separate, worldwide Analytics choice does not grant advertising consent. We will review their integration, disclosures, and regional privacy choices before enabling ads.

Who operates Food Crave

Food Crave is operated by Kimberlee Creative Tech LLC (“Food Crave,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Food Crave name has a pending trademark application; that application does not make Food Crave a separate legal entity. The Apple Developer Program membership and App Store Connect account for Food Crave are held by Kimberlee Creative Tech LLC.

For privacy questions or requests, contact us using Help in the Food Crave app or email support@kimberleecreativetech.com. For product support, visit our Food Crave support page.

Information we process

Do not include passwords, financial details, or other sensitive personal information in recipe prompts, reviews, discussions, or help requests. Allergy and dietary preferences may reveal information about health; provide only what you choose to use the recipe features.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; search the shared recipe catalog; save preferences and favorites; generate a recipe when you explicitly request AI generation; support recipes, photos, reviews, and community features; respond to help requests; moderate content; prevent abuse; and operate and improve Food Crave.

Catalog search does not use AI. When you explicitly request an AI-generated recipe, the prompt and recipe requirements you submit (which may include ingredients and dietary restrictions or preferences) are sent through Firebase AI Logic to Google Gemini on Vertex AI. The generated recipe may be stored as a private draft or published to the shared catalog if you choose to publish it. Google's processing is subject to the applicable Google Cloud terms and provider settings. We do not promise a particular provider-side retention period or that no provider logging occurs.

How information is shared

We use service providers to operate Food Crave, including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, Firebase AI Logic, Google Gemini, and Firebase Hosting. These providers process data to provide their services under their applicable terms and privacy documentation. Review the privacy information from Firebase and the provider-specific Firebase AI Logic data-governance documentation.

For Apple subscriptions, Apple processes purchases under its own terms and privacy policy and provides signed subscription updates to our verification service. We send an account-specific subscription token when purchasing and transaction identifiers when checking status with Apple. The token is not your email address or public username. Subscription records are not displayed publicly.

Your username, avatar or selected public photo, published recipes, reviews, badges, and community information may be visible to other Cravers. Your email address is not shown on your public profile. Your account email is included in an in-app help request only if you request a reply. Help requests are stored privately in Firebase and queued for email delivery through Google's Gmail service to our support address. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards that address to the operator's inbox. Direct emails also include the sender address and any information you send. Replies are handled by the operator, not sent automatically.

The launch release disables in-app ads and does not initialize the Mobile Ads SDK or request ads. AdMob identifiers are configured for a later update, which is planned to add rewarded-ad recipe unlocking and a footer banner for Free accounts, with ad-free use for verified Premium accounts. Those ads are not active in the launch release. We will update this policy and implement applicable consent and disclosure requirements before enabling them. Website advertising is separate and described below. Food Crave does not use Google Analytics or Crashlytics in the reviewed app source.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users and the service, or in connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable law.

Public and private information

Your username is public when you use community features. Depending on your choices and actions, other users may see your avatar or public photo, profile, badges, follower counts, published recipes, reviews, and other community activity. You can turn off the display of your profile photo on public pages in Profile; your username remains visible.

Private drafts, account credentials, saved preferences, and help requests are not public. Discussion comments and replies are public recipe contributions. Do not publish content or upload photos unless you are comfortable sharing them with the audience shown in the app.

Moderation, suspension, and appeals

Reports are reviewed privately by the operator; a report alone does not automatically hide content or suspend an account. A moderation decision may hide specific content or suspend an account. Eligible decisions include an appeal link, and suspended accounts may see an in-app restoration form.

Permanent deletion cannot be undone. Moderation and deletion operations do not recall content already downloaded, displayed, copied, or cached on someone else's device. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.

Never send your password or verification codes in an appeal or support message. See the support-page explanation for the review process.

Retention and deletion

Published recipes that are not separately moderated or removed remain in the shared catalog after self-service account deletion as Shared Library entries, without the deleted account's publisher name or profile link. The deleted person's profile is removed from Craver's Community, including its leaderboards and follower/following lists; incoming and outgoing follows are removed and related counts are adjusted. Retained recipes may still appear in the Community recipe trends as Shared Library entries. Retained reviews and discussion comments/replies appear anonymously as Craver without the deleted account's avatar, photo or profile link. Separately moderated content remains hidden or deleted. Subscription expiry does not remove recipes, drafts, badges, follows, favorites or account history, or hide community features. An active account returning to Free retains the full feature set with the Free monthly AI allowance; Premium changes the allowance and, once in-app ads are enabled, ad-free status.

Food Crave's private Apple subscription records and account-token mapping are removed during account deletion. Deleting your Food Crave account does not cancel your Apple subscription or delete Apple's purchase records; cancel the subscription in your Apple account settings first.

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.

Daily cleanup deletes support requests and similar private operational records after 90 days, account activity logs after 90 days, and support rate-limit records 7 days after their window ends. Cleanup is not instantaneous and may be delayed by service failures or recovery needs.

Self-service deletion: you can request account deletion from Profile in the app after confirming your current password. The process removes account-linked private data, drafts, follows, favorites, and reactions, and attempts to remove known account-associated photos. Published recipes that are not separately moderated or removed remain in the shared catalog as Shared Library entries without the deleted account's publisher identity. Published reviews and discussion comments/replies remain anonymously attributed to Craver. Your public profile and follow relationships are removed. Separately moderated content is not restored by account deletion.

Account deletion does not automatically remove copies of support correspondence from email inboxes, provider logs, backups, or copies already downloaded or cached by others. To request review or removal of support correspondence, or for access, correction, portability, deletion, or other privacy requests, email support@kimberleecreativetech.com. The app does not currently provide a self-service data export. We will handle requests as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity.

Security

We use Firebase authentication, server-side access controls, and storage/database rules to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use a unique password and do not share it with us.

Supported iOS builds use Firebase App Check with Apple's App Attest to check app integrity. Attestation-derived tokens are sent to Firebase to help protect backend access from unauthorized clients.

Children and age requirements

Food Crave is intended for adults 18 and older, initially in the United States. It is not directed to children. The updated app requires age screening before signup; under-18 selections stop registration before account creation or payment. Existing accounts must also confirm eligibility before continuing. This is a self-declaration, not identity or document verification, and we do not collect a full date of birth.

The adult-only account policy reflects our AI provider's Google Cloud service terms, which restrict generative AI use in apps directed toward or likely accessed by under-18s. The check applies to Free and Premium accounts alike; active eligible signed-in accounts can use AI creation within their monthly allowance without a subscription. Account age screening is distinct from Apple's App Store content age rating.

If you believe a child has provided personal information, email support@kimberleecreativetech.com so we can review the request.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the app, services, or legal requirements change and will publish the revised policy here. For privacy questions or requests, use Help in the Food Crave app or email support@kimberleecreativetech.com.

Website email links open your email app; the in-app support form submits to Firebase, and the separate web appeal form submits moderation appeals. Firebase Hosting and network providers process requests needed to serve the website.

Website advertising

The current website release is ad-free and does not load Google AdSense advertising scripts. Publisher verification metadata and ads.txt may remain; these do not themselves load an advertising SDK. Enchanted Dragon has its own game privacy notice describing browser-only gameplay storage.

If advertising is added in a later release, this notice and applicable consent choices will be updated before activation. Loading advertising code can send request information such as IP address, browser/device information and page address to the provider. Advertising may use cookies, local storage or similar identifiers depending on consent, settings and applicable law. Website advertising is separate from Food Crave's mobile-app features.

Before enabling Auto ads, we must configure applicable consent and privacy choices, including a Google-certified consent platform for visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland and applicable US-state privacy messages. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google's ad settings. Contact support@kimberleecreativetech.com for privacy questions.
