Who we are and what this covers

Kimberlee Creative Tech LLC provides Enchanted Dragon. This notice covers the game's web landing page and web game, including its child pages, and the separate free iOS preview described below. Food Crave has separate privacy and support information. Contact support@kimberleecreativetech.com with privacy questions.

Information stored in your browser

The game uses browser local storage for virtual token balances, bets/progression, local profile names and profile identifiers, quests, orb rewards and timers, daily bonus claims and pending wheel rewards, egg progress, sound/music preferences, and panel preferences. Local profiles are not online accounts. The game does not currently ask for an email address, password, payment details, or location.

These saves remain on the current browser and website origin. They are not synchronized between devices or uploaded to a game account service by this version. Other people using the same browser may be able to access them. Avoid entering a sensitive or personally identifying profile name.

Hosting and technical information

The site and game files are delivered through Google Firebase Hosting. Your browser sends network information needed to load them, including your IP address, browser information, requested URLs, and request times. The hosting provider may process technical logs for delivery, reliability, security, and abuse prevention. For Google's processing, see Google's Privacy Policy.

If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you send. We use it to respond, troubleshoot issues, and maintain appropriate support records. Do not include passwords, payment information, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Separate free iOS preview

The initial iOS preview bundles the game on your device and stores local profiles, virtual tokens, rewards, welcome-bonus progress and preferences in the app's local WebView storage. It does not include website Analytics, advertising, online account services or purchases. It does not send local gameplay saves to us. Website browser saves are not imported or synchronized with the app. Its welcome bonus is once per app installation's local storage across profiles.

Use Settings, Reset Game Progress to delete game saves. Removing the app can remove local progress; there is no game-server recovery or cross-device synchronization. Device and operating-system backup behavior is controlled by Apple and your device settings. App storage and browser website storage are separate. External support, terms and privacy links open outside the game; visiting the website uses the website's hosting and optional Analytics choices. Contacting support shares only what you send. Any later login, paid-token or advertising version will require a separate review and updated notices before activation.

Optional website Analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose Accept analytics in the company's separate, worldwide Analytics choice. Use Analytics choices to reject or withdraw; game access and tokens are unaffected. The tag measures website visits and standalone game pageviews, not your profile name, balances, rewards, gameplay saves, or feedback. Embedded game and wheel frames do not send extra pageviews. The full-page game at dragon.kimberleecreativetech.com is a separate web address, so it asks for and stores its own Analytics choice. Google processes device/browser, network, and cookie information for Analytics. Page addresses omit query strings and fragments, and referrers contain only the referring site's origin.

The choice and Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days. Withdrawal disables tracking and clears standard Analytics cookies without reloading or interrupting the game; game saves remain intact. Previously collected data is not erased by withdrawal. Advertising and purchases

This web beta does not load in-game advertising and does not offer token purchases or ad-based early orb opening. Browser gameplay storage supports the game rather than advertising. Analytics acceptance does not grant advertising consent. Any future advertising, online account system, or payment service will require an updated notice and applicable consent choices before activation.

We do not sell the local gameplay saves or share them for cross-context behavioral advertising in this version.

Your choices and retention

You can change sound preferences in Settings and remove saved game data using your browser's site-data controls. Clearing storage deletes local progress and preferences; it cannot be restored from our servers. Saves persist until removed by you or your browser, or replaced by the game. Clearing a site's data can also affect other pages on that same domain.

Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed to address the request, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal obligations. Hosting records follow the provider's retention practices. Contact us for access, correction, or deletion requests concerning information you have sent us; rights may depend on your jurisdiction. We cannot retrieve a local save from your device.

Age, security, and changes

Enchanted Dragon is intended for adults 18 and older, not children. We do not knowingly solicit children's personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information to us.

We use HTTPS for hosted pages, but no storage or transmission method is perfectly secure. Local gameplay saves are not encrypted account records. We will update this page as the service changes; the date above identifies the draft revision.

Session preferences and game-only reset

The adult-use and terms acknowledgment is remembered in sessionStorage for the current browser tab, using a policy version. It is not verified identity or age. No date of birth is collected. Browser Web Locks coordinate game tabs so only one can write saves at a time; no account server is involved.

Settings includes Reset Game Progress with confirmation. It deletes this game's local profiles, rewards, and preferences, not unrelated data on the domain. Support and Feedback opens your email app; it does not submit a message automatically. This ad-free website release does not load advertising scripts in its packaged pages.
