Using the game

These terms apply to Enchanted Dragon, provided by Kimberlee Creative Tech LLC. By choosing Play and using the game, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Game Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use the game where you are located. If you do not agree, do not play.

Entertainment only: no real-money gambling

Enchanted Dragon is a simulated slot game for entertainment. Tokens, jackpots, bonus spins, quests, and orb prizes are virtual game features only. They have no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred, and cannot be redeemed for money, goods, or other real-world prizes. This version does not accept deposits, process token purchases, or offer cash-out. Success in the game does not imply success in real-money gambling.

Virtual rewards and game outcomes are not an investment or an income opportunity. Do not wager, trade, or sell local game profiles or their balances.

Beta gameplay and saves

Features, graphics, reward amounts, odds, and rules may change while the beta develops. The in-game paytable describes the current symbol combinations and multipliers; it is not a promise of a particular return or future result. Rewards do not represent money owed to you.

Progress and local profiles are stored in your browser, without server backup or cross-device synchronization. Clearing site data, changing browsers or domains, updates, or technical failures may erase or change your progress. We do not guarantee recovery, continued access, unchanged balances, or transfer of beta saves to a later release.

There are no in-game ads or paid early-opening options in this beta. Any future advertising or purchases will be described separately before activation.

Separate iOS preview

The initial iOS preview is also free, for adults 18+, with virtual tokens only and no cash prizes, purchases, advertising or online account services. These entertainment-only rules also apply to that preview. Its bundled game uses app-local saves, separate from website browser progress. There is no import of browser balances or game-server backup. Resetting game data or removing the app can delete progress. The welcome bonus applies once across local profiles in the app's local storage, not once per profile. Future versions may change promotional bonus rates and rewards; no paid features are activated by this preview.

Beta odds and quests

The game uses ten fixed paylines, wild coins, and a rebalanced paytable designed for more frequent smaller wins. Development simulations estimate approximately 95% long-run virtual-token return across paid line wins, free-spin rewards, bonus minimum top-ups, and the egg hatch. This is not a guarantee for any session or a certified gambling return. The one-time welcome bonus, daily gifts, quests, orbs, and level awards are separate and can increase a player's total rewards.

Random dragon bonuses have a 3.4% chance per paid spin; natural egg bonuses also occur. New players receive a random dragon bonus within their first five paid spins, once per browser across local profiles. A random bonus received earlier satisfies this welcome guarantee. Welcome progress persists through reloads; browsers with previous paid play are excluded from the welcome promotion, not from the increased random rate. Free spins do not advance the welcome count. Bonus retriggers have a 0.5% chance per final free-spin grid. A completed bonus pays at least 2 times its triggering bet across the entire bonus, including hatch rewards; a top-up supplies any shortfall. This is not a minimum for every free spin. Paid-spin line payouts occur on approximately 39% of simulated results, not on a guaranteed schedule; many line wins return less than the spin bet. Five Urns on one payline, including wild coins, pay a fixed 25 times the bet jackpot; see the current in-game paytable. Bets range from 5,000 to 5,000,000 tokens per spin for every player. The hatch pays 10 times the current bet. New orbs award 5/10/20/40 times the bet by tier, capped at 10 million tokens; previously earned orb rewards remain unchanged.

New daily quests randomly select a task type. Each active quest locks its minimum bet, difficulty, and reward when it appears. Higher bet tiers have harder goals and larger fixed rewards; only paid play at the required bet or above progresses new quests. Changing the bet before claiming does not increase the reward.

Permitted use

You may use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not use it unlawfully, attack or disrupt the hosting service, access other people's information without permission, automate abusive requests, or misrepresent manipulated saves as legitimate claims. Do not redistribute our game artwork or code without permission or a license that allows it.

The game, branding, and original materials belong to Kimberlee Creative Tech LLC or their respective licensors. Third-party materials remain subject to their applicable rights.

Temporary courtesy tokens

While ads are unavailable, players with fewer than the 5,000 tokens needed for the minimum bet receive 100,000 courtesy tokens, up to three times per local calendar day in one browser across its local profiles. These optional gifts are outside the core return target, have no cash value, and may change or end when advertising is introduced. If only the current bet is unaffordable, lower the bet instead. Browser-local limits are not server-verified.

Availability and responsibility

The beta is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, error-free behavior, or suitability for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for loss of local progress, interruptions, or indirect losses arising from use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update or discontinue features or the beta. Take breaks and stop playing if the game interferes with your wellbeing or responsibilities.

We may revise these terms and will show an updated date here. Material changes requiring agreement will be presented as appropriate before continued use.
