Food Crave Community Guidelines
These are the current Food Crave Community Guidelines. You will be asked to accept revised Guidelines before continuing to use your account.
Food Crave is a cooking community operated by Kimberlee Creative Tech LLC. These Guidelines form part of the Terms of Use and apply to recipes, edits, photos, reviews, usernames and community activity. Accounts are for adults 18 and older.
Be respectful and stay focused on cooking
No harassment, threats, hate, discriminatory abuse, sexual exploitation, explicit sexual material, graphic violence, targeted humiliation or encouragement of self-harm. Give constructive recipe feedback rather than attacking people. Do not impersonate another person, brand or the operator.
No spam, scams, unsolicited advertising, malicious links, coordinated manipulation of likes/reviews/follows, fraudulent reports, or evasion of account restrictions.
Share responsibly and protect privacy
Upload only photos and writing you have permission to use. Do not copy protected recipe prose or someone else's images merely because they are online. Do not post contact details, private conversations, passwords, identity documents or other people's personal information. Respect permission and privacy when other people appear in an image.
Public recipe text is reusable community content under the recipe-text license, including commercial reuse and sublicensing by the operator. Publishing grants permission, not automatic surrender of ownership. Photos and reviews have narrower service permissions; they are not included in that broader recipe-text license.
Check recipes and describe them honestly
Review quantities, preparation steps, cooking and storage safety before publishing or using a recipe. Do not intentionally post dangerous instructions, conceal known safety issues or present recipes as medical treatment. No recipe or filter guarantees allergen safety; check labels and cross-contact risks independently.
AI output can be wrong or similar to other recipes. Manual edits are your responsibility. Mark a recipe as tried only if you actually prepared it. Shared Library and community labels are not a promise of independent testing or medical/nutritional validation.
Report concerns instead of confronting people
Use the in-app report controls on a recipe, review or Craver. If unavailable, email support@kimberleecreativetech.com with the username, recipe title/link or other details needed to locate the issue. Do not include unnecessary personal information or redistribute offensive material.
Reports enter private operator review. They do not automatically hide content. The current app has no user-to-user blocking control; the admin can block abusive accounts from the service by suspension. Automated text checks are limited and do not replace review. We aim to review safety/abuse reports promptly, with priority based on risk; do not rely on a guaranteed response deadline. Food Crave is not an emergency service.
What happens after review
The admin may remove a contribution, suspend the account, restore access, or permanently delete a reviewed account. Suspension blocks access and quarantines the profile, published recipes, reviews and contributed photos. Restoration returns content not separately deleted. Cached/downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
Permanent admin deletion removes account uploads and unapproved owned recipes; expressly approved recipes may remain as Shared Library. Self-service deletion retains published recipes as Shared Library. Retained reviews and discussion comments/replies remain anonymously as Craver, without the deleted account's photo or profile link. Separately moderated content is not restored. Use report controls for discussion as well as recipes, reviews and Cravers. See support and review instructions and the Privacy Policy.
Use the appeal or restoration flow provided in the decision email or suspended-account screen. Explain the concern without sending passwords or verification codes. We may verify ownership; appeals do not guarantee restoration, and permanent deletion cannot be undone.
